What we propose are long breaks or week-long vacations in beautiful places where daily walks in the wild are followed by individual psychotherapy sessions in a safe and peaceful environment. We rely on the potential healing properties of the outdoors, and believe in the mind stimulating influence of Nature combined with gentle and supported introspection.
